What should I wear for my session?
When planning outfits for your family portraits, I suggest limiting patterns. Personally, I like to put one person in a pattern and then pull in colors from it to coordinate the rest of the family. If you decide to add in more than one pattern, just make sure they coordinate. For example, one person can be in a floral pattern and another in a plaid. By doing this the colors will be cohesive but not matchy. I suggest putting together three or four coordinating colors for family outfits, mixing colors and neutrals. Hats, scarves, necklaces, etc. can really complete an outfit and also add interest and texture to your photos. And don’t forget to plan what shoes you will wear!
Can I get all the images from my session, either edited or unedited?
Unfortunately, I cannot offer every single image from your session. To edit that many pictues would be incredibly time consuming and expensive. In addition, you would end up with a lot of pictures with closed eyes or kids looking off in one direction while every else is looking at the camera. Rest assured that I choose the images from your session that make you look your best. After all, that’s my job!
Do you offer retouching services?
Yes, minor retouching can be made to your session portraits for an additional $50 fee.
What types of payment do you accept?
I accept payment by either cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card). All checks should be made out to Lea Alexandrine Photography. Returned checks will incur a $15 fee.
