Happy 2016!

Happy New Year!  It’s a brand new year and a fresh start for so many things.  I don’t necessarily make resolutions but I do feel like a new year is a great time to reorganize and re-evaluate.  One thing I would really like to work on is blogging more.  I’m pretty sure this was a change I tried to make last year (pretty unsuccessfully), but hey, it’s a new year!  I just spent some time updating my website so if you have a moment, take a look around.  Until the next post, from my family to yours, Happy New Year!  Let’s make it a great one.

Hot Cocoa Sessions {2015}

I’ve got the holidays on my mind and I’m already planning my schedule for the remainder of the year.  And of course, I’ve got to bring back Hot Cocoa Sessions!  They were tons of fun last year and I think all of the families who came would agree.  Last year I had lots of families and siblings, but these would be fun for cousins and even BFF’s too.  Yes, you really get hot cocoa and that usually leaves a big smile on the kids’ faces!  I’m really looking forward to these sessions and I can’t wait to find ways to make them even better this year.

Hello, I am interested in finding out more information on your mini session for the fall. Where is the location that you plan on holding it? I love the hot cocoa idea!

Hi Karlene! I am emailing you more information.

Back to School {2015}

It’s still summer but before you know it we will be purchasing school supplies and picking out first day outfits.  I LOVE doing Back to School sessions!  Not only are they a lot of fun, but I think you’ll agree they are sooo much better than the standard, boring school photos.  You can find information about this year’s Back to School Sessions under Limited Edition Sessions.  Here are a few of my favorites from last year!

Glitter Mini Sessions

I am so excited for what 2015 has in store!  I finally have dedicated studio space and I am loving it.  I have had so many ideas for themed mini sessions that I’ve had to put on the back burner because I didn’t have the space to do them.  Not anymore!!

I am excited to announce Glitter Mini Sessions!

Of course, I had to have my little model test my idea and I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out.  I actually didn’t have to bribe her to be my model for these!  She had so much fun playing around and posing.  And I didn’t use nearly as much glitter in these shots as I’m planning to use for the sessions.  I am sure I will hate myself when these are done and I am left vacuuming up one million pieces of glitter, but I know it will all be worth it:)
